This will be filed at court after the decree nisi has been pronounced.
An agreement has been successfully negotiated.
Your spouse can be contacted by letter and efforts made to reach an agreement.
The agreement will be checked by a District Judge and once approved will become a court order.
Agreement is reached at court or through an out of court settlement.
If agreement cannot be reached an application can be made to court.
A judge hears the evidence in your case and makes an order for division of the assets.
